Barry M Silk Collection Nail Paint

Blame it on the not quite spring-like weather here in the UK, but when I saw Barry M's new collection my heart did a little spring lamb dance.



The colours are so deliciously pastel, reminiscent of Easter eggs and spring sunshine, that I thought what's one more bottle or three of nail polish (a bathroom looking less spa, more like a hoarder's nightmare, that's what) and shade "Meadow" 402 found its way into my basket, a very soft duck egg green (yes, I like making up new colours). The finish is a matte sheen, and looks lovely on my very pale hands, but I imagine it would suit most skin tones.

Day 2, no chips so far. I took some photos and have now a renewed respect for those who can take near perfect photos of their manicure. Not me yet, I'm afraid, but watch this space.
